My comments are simple. The Do not email registry and applicable laws and regulations should protect citizens from commercial advertisement through e-mail particularly in the case of pornogrophy. Advertisement should be provided in a paid ad in places where individuals can readily avoid them, or at least not read further (e.g. adds in a newspaper, on internet browser web pages etc.) but in all cases advertisement through personal email accounts should not be allowed, and should be subject to civil , andif appropriate, criminal penalties.
