A: Any time the receiver must pay, even postage, and any time the receiver is sent to another site where he must pay. B: Once you have a transactional relationship with a company, it is acceptable that they send information about your account. No solicitation should accompany this. A link to their site would be acceptable. C: Most good companies can remove your address in 48 hours. D: Aggravated violations should have a "blanket law" clause for any new scams. E: No money or goods should be offered or given to forward solicitations. It should be the responsibility of the company to enforce the "do not send" law. Any company or individual using the internet should have to use their name address and email address. No misleading wording should be used. Summary: There should be complete truth in advertisement on the internet as in the business world.
