Absolutely an advertiser should be identifiable by a legal name or other ID. OPT OUT options seem to lead to more spam and often are ineffective. Many subject lines and initial messages are gibberish. This should be included as a way to identify spam. Unsolicitated pornographic spam shold be identified and severely dealt with. As a woman I am tired of e-mails of women with semen all over their face, sex organs in their mouths, and suggestions that I would like to show someone around town or look at their naked pictures.
