I feel my rights are being violated. I pay a monthly fee to a Internet Provider and feel that I should not have to be subject to the popup ads. I strongly feel that Spam should be eliminated. If I wish to contact a business or organization, I can do so without having pop up ads appearing on my screen. I strongly feel that these advertisers should have to pay a fine for violating my privacy.
