Let's ensure that all bases are covered. Including the problem of future software to circumvent the laws. Also the fact that someone uses a company name to try to extract a persons Identify with threats of closing accounts or disconnecting service if information is not updated. Let's make sure the subject line must contain the solicitation of the product so it is easily identifiable. And let's make the penalties heavy to make sure it is widely known that the penalties are not worth the risk. If possible make it a crime for anyone solicitating using a open door in the software to enter into a consumers com puter through a back door opening. Thank you.
