While some spam is just plain impossible to stop from coming in, I believe the more urgent problem is that of programs which certain spammers put on unsuspecting client computers to report back to them as to what the person is doing and where he or she is surffing etc. Now that kind of invasion of privacy is outragouse, and should be stopped.
