The way you are trying to attack spam is a real ineffective joke!!! Typical government. These guys don't even use real return addresses. You try to opt out and it points to a non existent web site. When you do find a web site to opt out, it never works, you just validated your address and the spam doubles. Why don't we try something really novel, like opt in!!! Why should my kids be bombarded by porn, illegal drugs, ads for larger penises and breasts. These spammers have basically stolen my good address and made it worthless. I can't get rid of them and you can't either until you really address the root of the problem. Why not create a prohibition against selling addresses? That would be different, novel and new! These guys send me refinance spam and they have my name address and all of my personal data. You try to contact them to get them to stop the spam and the only place you can go to is to fill out their form online. No address, no phone number and no way to opt out. In the meantime, you look busy, feel you are doing something worthwhile and my spam increases. It takes me about 1/2 hours per day to sort through the spam trying to get to real important information. These spammers are worse than drug dealers, and that is what most of them really are!! You'd allow me to buy drugs from a kid in a garage mixing up chemicals, but I can't go to Canada to buy real drugs! Most of your questions are a way to confuse and thwart the average person by forcing them to follow a narrow non productive path which you have defined, when the real definition is - is the advertisement wholesome and fit for all ages. Is it legal and is the return address valid. Those are the questions you need to address and nothing will happen until you finally decide that the spam must stop.
