A commercial advertisement or promotion is any solicitation attempting to have receive purchase or respond to something for the sender's benefit in which the receiver did not solicit. “Transactional or Relationship” messages shall in no way be sent in an attempt to be a form of a commercial advertisement or promotion. Include in “aggravated violations” shold be anyone selling, giving away or in any other form giving out an e-mail address with out the holders written permission.
