I strongly support the establishment of a "do not spam" list which should operate on the same principle as the National Do-Not-Call Registry. I also feel that all originatotrs of spam e-mail or product advertising should also provide a valid street address with true company name and a valid means of contacting the originator by telephone to address any issues that are unable to be resolved through electronic means. It should be the sender's responsibility to remove email addresses by checking the actual email address and not using variations in the IP address which seem to occur on sapm messages.
