I appreciate the opportunity to comment on the Federal Trade Commission's proposal on the CAN SPAM Act. I am forced to deal with a flood of offensive, fraudulent, and unsolicited e-mails in my inbox each day. I fully support a Do-Not-E-Mail R egistry and believe that most consumers would as well.
