A. 3. - As an example, BHG.com has a newletter to which I subscribe. I have a popup blocker enabled. They now have found a way to imbed their solicitation for a subscription (on every link) in the page as it loads....you have to close the solicitation before you can continue to read the page. I think the wording should also include imbedding a solicitation technology.
