I'm more concerned that nothing listed in the proposed bill specifically deals with pornographic of sexaullys explicit SPAM. Frankly, I don't really care about all the commercial SPAM - They all seem to be fairly straightforward about who they are, and what they're about. What I detest - and what I have to prevent my child from using the internet unsuupervised because of, is the Sexually explicit SPAM. Pornography entering my home unwanted, and frequently cloaked behind an innocent sounding subject header, sent by Andrea. Even I have been unwittingly duped into opening one of these repulsive e-mails and being subjected to a full frontal sexual attack...literally. I could not care less about the commercial (legitimate) SPAM - I have had no trouble getting them to stop mailing to me when requested. HOWEVER, I would happily prosocute to the fullest extent of the law, ANY perveyor of unrequested sexually oriented content that came upon my computer screen. This includes those masquerading as pharmaceutical information ( neither my child nor myself need to have these products thrown at us). The boundaries of decent vs. indecent conversation/content have been so violated for so many years in this country, that they no longer seem to exist. So, if the will of the people really matters, please take my comments and concerns to heart, Thank You, Geordi F. Smith
