Comments:
1) I feel the implementation of a National "Do Not email registry" should be enacted. Also, it should apply to any unsolicited email being sent into the U.S. from offshore and/or foreign entities. 2) A measure of international cooperation should be sought on a reciprocating basis to prosecute those spammers trying to circumvent the law by relocating either offshore or in another country. 3) "Pop-Up" ads are as bad, if not worse, than email spamming and greatly hamper internet usage. These should be included as part of the CAN-SPAM act.
