require ISP's to stop spamming by replying with useless garbage that the user that reports the spaM has absolutely no use for. Specifically MSN sends as much spam in one of its automated replies as is received in 3 spam e-mails. If they won't live up to their PAID FOR part of the bargain of being an ISP then quit crying in the users e-mail and hire people whose 1st language is AMERICAN ENGLISH and actually have a solid idea of what takes place.
