D. identifying additional “aggravated violations," - there are many companies who send spam with old email addresses and the statement "The information you Requested" after you have opted out and changed your email address. Many do not now provide a optout option and because they require you to enter your email address, you now get more email with a new optout address from the same company(if you check to see who owns the website the is advertised.) I can make the check easy but the average email user can't. E.4. Information in a message’s “from” line. - Blank line emails and emails to look like a friend sent it is so often that I have deleted email from employers and companies that I want to do business with but emposters mimic the personal business line info. There is no relief and no way to report the voilators without opening their junk mail which is just what they want you to do. F. CAN-SPAN Act. Effectivcess is not their as the offenders change names addresses and just don't follow the law! Enforcement - There is none if you are email user there are no police in your mail box and if SPAM is in your box without an optout or a Name and valid address what do you do but hit delete for fifty to sixty times so you can read the real email.
