Spam is a matter of nonsolicited commercial communication. If a customer has a relationship with a company and gets updates and new product information - with the costomers permission that is fine. Forwarding by an individual is a matter of free internet speach and not the comercial companys problem - Choice is the important factor for me as a customer. I want to beable to say no or yes and have to option to opt out at any time.
