Comments:
An additional activity which should be considered an "aggravated violation" is deliberately confusing or concealing the true sender or delivery path of a commercial email. This is commonly done by forging a false identity in the From: line of the email or adding false trail information to the email headers to make it difficult to determine the true source of the email. There is no legitimate or honorable motivation for engaging in this practice.
