D.1 - The sending of unsolicited e-mail promoting the sale of products to enhance body parts for the purpose of sexual activities. Also, adding a list of unrelated words to the bottom of the unsolicited e-mail to get past spam filters. E.4 - The sending of an unsolicited e-mail to an e-mail address that does not match the name of the recipient should be forbidden under the act. Also, having a name in the from line which is not the actual name or e-mail address of the person or company sending the message should be forbidden under the act.
