Spamers are adding cute little phrases, perhaps an element of circumventing the law. Additionally, I do not think the FTC is enforcing the law. I fwd perhaps 15-30 spam messages daily, delete 3 times that many. I do use the 'remove me' from mailing list, and the address is typically bogus. The FTC does NOT have Spamers attention.
