Very simply put, I believe you should CAN the CAN-SPAM Act Regulations! While I applaud your efforts in controlling spam, these laws as written are entirely unenforceable, specifically concerning spam originating outside the United States. In the event that you will not do away with CAN-Spam altogether, I support the written presentation made by the International Council of Online Professionals.
