A.1: Email that contains ANY commercial content should be considered a commercial email. B: Any commercial email that the recipient has not explicitly agreed to receive should be considered unsolicited and non-transactional/non-relationship. C: Email lists are maintained electronically, there is no reason why removal could not be instantaneous. D: 1) E-pending (combining name and email address information from various databases) 2) Sending email to non-existent email addresses. 3) Spamvertizing web sites hosted outside the U.S. E.3: Any sender who sends unsolicited commercial email to U.S. residents should be required to provide a physical address and a toll-free number in the United States. Additional comment: Hosting "spamvertized" sites should be made illegal after due notice to the ISP.
