Comments:
The current level of email spam is destroying the utility of email. Strong laws must be implemented, with severe penalties enforced, for the initiation of any unsolicited email. A do-not email registry should be implemented ASAP having an opt-out feature (the default being that you are included on the registry unless you specifically opt-out). There must be severe penalties for all individuals and companies who violate the laws and bounties should be provided for those who report offenders of the rules.
