I registered on the ABC news service several weeks ago, checking all boxes to prevent SPAM. The next day I started receiving hundereds of SPAM messages. Some Opt-Out links worked, but most didn't. I continued receiving hundreds of SPAM messages from the Opt-Out companies over the next 10 days. There' no reason spamers need 10 days to stop sending SPAM. With modern technology, they should be able to stop it within an hour, not more than a week.
