In Regards to section E2, it should be: If the person/company sending the email is not the person/company that the subscriber opted out from initially then they should not be responsible for this. For example, if a person opts out of Company Y's email list and then Company X, and affiliate of Company Y, sends an email with adverisements, including ads for Company Y's products, Company X & Y cannot not be held responsible for this.
