Thing is, I am worried about the proposed requirement for merchants to maintain suppression lists. There are just too many potential problems this will cause, and their is going to be a lot of harm done to both consumer and businesses that I think you need to know this is not the way to fix this. If you make it a requirement to use suppression lists you will really harm a lot of truly legit email publications available on the intenet right now. I am very concerned.
