Although I navigated through the maze and finally unchecked all the various categories, I still get spam from Comcast. They are now including the deceptive phrase, "THIS EMAIL IS SERVICE RELATED," but it walks like a duck and it quacks like a duck. The solicitation includes the phrase "Offer requires credit card. Offer expires December 31, 2004. Click above link for details and restricitons." and the return address listed at the bottom says "Comcast, *REDACTED PERSONAL INFORMATION* Attn: e-Marketing" I don't want ANY mail from their e-Marketing, yet they seem to be trying to slip it in as "service related.", even though it's their "e-Marketing" department. They should be fined for this violation. Also, the FTC should make it easier to report such violations.
