Comments:
1. You're languate in these regulations is so convoluted that no one can tell what you're trying to say. 2. What do all these regulations have to do with porn? 3. So far the CAN-SPAM act has done little to alleviate the problems with spam and/or distribution of porn...All they've accomplished is making the average person trying to communicate with others on the internet for legitimate purposes, to be afraid to initiate any communication for fear of reprisals -- you're simply shutting down the lines of communication for the average person. Those who are out to abuse the system will simply find other more sophisticated ways to do do so.
