Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008 To the Commissioners, I do not believe you have a legal right or a duty to stop anyone from sending email to anyone as long as the content is not of an adult content. If I keep a list and will remove anyone not wanting my email, I have done the responsible thing. As long as the mail system that brings loads of [unsolicited]trash to my front door is allowed because the government makes money from it. Your efforts here will not be seen by me as genuine. The little guy like me can now compete with the big guy, only because of the internet. You are challenging my right to compete. That's Unfair and Un-American Respectfully, Larry L.
