general: my personal spam has increased 7-fold since jan1. CANSPAM is a joke. Quit fighting "bob villa" and find the trash mailers of credit fixing, mortgages, prescriptions. Separate ligit commercial concerns (such as myself, of course http://www.kidslearntosew.com) from trash mailers. Get an aol or yahoo account and look over the mail that comes in the 'bulk mail' folder. There's your criteria right there. I am personally having trouble seeing how I would comply with all the rules. It would require that I actually start acting like some of the big emailers, with more work and effort, when I am trying to stay small and personal. personal email privacy is of top importance. Do Not share DNE lists among mailers. A.1.1 "buy-or-else" is the problem A.1.3 huge multiples of same message/product E.1.2. emailers should not have to share DNE lists (personal privacy primary over receipt of advert) E.2 emailers should not be responsible for the actions of subsequent emailers Thank you for allowing and extending this comment period.
