Get an aol or yahoo account and look over the mail that comes in the 'bulk mail' folder. There's your criteria right there. I am personally having trouble seeing how I would comply with all the rules. It would require that I actually start acting like some of the big emailers, with more work and effort, when I am trying to stay small and personal. personal email privacy is of top importance. Do Not share DNE lists among mailers.
