I am an Executive Recruiter who specializes in recruiting and placing individuals in the Chemical Industry. Frequently, I work on highly specialized assignments and I will review the scienticif and patent literature to locate persons having a particular expertise. I would like to continue to be able to approach them, on a one-by-one basis to ask them if they could have an interest in a search on which I am working, or know a colleague who might. I always do so giving my actual Email address, business name, physical and mail location, telephone and fax numbers. I do not spam. It would adversely effect my business if I could not approach potential candidates in the way I have described. Thank You
