Please be aware that as the can spam exists now it is to broad sweep in coverage rather than focussing on spammers. As a legitimate email marketer I feel I have no protection if someone wishes to initiate a law suit for "spamming" . The focus should be on mass mailers who spam without regard for clients wishes.
