WOW, too many questions, out of the reach of most Internet users... too many lawyers involved. Keep it simple. FTC produce a simple disclaimer that everyone can add to their e-mail at the very top, “Read and act at your own risk? Guarantees may not apply. BEWARE” Simple rating: [ADV-PG] [ADV-Adult] [ADV-X] for each subject heading Mandatory removal option: automatic or e-mail reply, or the user may submit his/her e-mail to the specific ISP service provider requesting their own e-mail be excluded, or discriminated against, rather than the sender who may have many others wishing to receive such a newsletter. If you don't want it fine, your out, but others may wish to receive it so they are still able to receive, rather than shutting down the sender. It appears now one person complains all get shut out. Reverse that process--SHUT OUT the person who does not want it. End of story. Respectfully, Mr. Lee Alberta, Canada
