Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008 To the Commissioners, I am seriously concerned about your proposed requirement. Many legitimate businesses, that have nothing to do with pornography, will be damaged in the process. Your proposal will harm thousands of non-pornographic businesses who require permission from the consumer prior to adding them to any list. This requirement could put them out of business.
