re: can-spam act rulemaking. project no. r411008 as the keeper of the "free enterprise bastion", i'm perplexed by your total overkill reaction to the spam situation. while i appreciate your concern, as it has got a bit much of late, i feel it is very much a case of"throwing the baby out with the bathwater". can this not be better addressed with new ISP spam filters, as were so wont to say "we have the technoligy". i feel this is highly over reactive and could be better addressed , in another manner. by the way, it makes you look as though you might be in bed with large, whiney, whining, corporations. just an observation, however, an easy one to connect, in todays world. i think i've said my piece now, thank you for observing other points of view. sincerly pat
