It is with pleasure that I am able to use this opportunity to comment on the rule-making process for this Act. I run a home-based business and sincerely believe that the Can-Spam regulations can adversely affect those of us who attempt to earn income in this way. The only thing that should be required is contact information (name, address, phone number and E-mail) address) and an opt-out link to an E-mail address or website. Many people are looking for the opportunities to earn income and provide products and/or services. So I believe this should be considered. Thank you for your consideration and for extending the time for submission. I am visually impaired and did not have the time and ability to do this before today.
