FTC. My primary concern with the CAN-SPAM Act does not focus on International Spam that I receive on a daily basis. Your focus should be on interpreting the Law as a Universal criteria and not one as National. Your relevance in achieving a NO SPAM Policy by creating and enforcing a Policy that requires all mailing list, mailer & Affiliate, to be purged of deleted addresses prior to advertising will be the tool that brings the entire Internet to a complete non-existence. I applaude any effort taken to rid the Internet of unwanted Pornography emails that bombard our inboxes on a daily basis. But again, these emails are from International ISP's that do not recognize U.S. Law. Please reconsider your thoughts and movement on what you are about to do. Thank you. L.
