E.1.2. No, because it must be the recipient's responsibility to opt-out of each subscription she has opted into. Assumption: Multiple ads are sent in ezines, and ezines are by definition, opt-in or subscription based. The original sender is therefore, the ezine publisher. E.2.4. If the original sender collects and subsequently uses friends email addresses, then the original sender must provide opt-out mechanism.
