I am VERY concerned that this act will create censorship on the net -- that it will have a CHILLING effect on political activist groups. It has ALREADY impacted my ability to recieve NEWSLETTERS I subscribe to and WANT!!!! I have been in the Computer Industry for over 25 years -- this will not prevent SPAM -- the spam makers only move off-shore out and of jurisdiction -- this will ONLY SERVE to END FREE SPEECH!!! STOP!!!!!!
