I subscribe to several newsletters, which are vital to my business as a restaurant consultant. These newsletters have ads that I need and want as they relate to my business. Your suppression list rules will probably eradicate these ads, due to the undue nuisance they will foster. Getting rid of spam is fine, but NOT by using suppression lists! This part of the ruling MUST be removed! Once again, this is government going too far overshooting the goal for which the act was intended and harming everyone in the process!! Remember when the government attempted to control cable rates?? Our bill went up about 30%. When we complained to our cable carrier, they said it was the unwieldy set of new laws. Again, SUPPRESSION LISTS ARE UNACCEPTABLE! Thank you for making necessary changes!
