my suggestion is that if they are any more resrrictions to be added, it should not be of the kind of nature that this law being implemented should not curtail anymore freedom of using of the e mails to create business than already has been to date. but for any changes to be made, they should be done with kindness and respect to the financial well being of all of those in need not just the few who are already well protected by the laws they already have in place. io enhance betterment of laws is great but not if it prevents the needs for growth for in business for a global economy .
