Sirs, I was downsized out of a job and forced to take retirement. Where were you guys then? I am trying to supplement my income off the internet. You are seriously trying to take that away, too. Are you willing to set up another Gov't program to provide support for business minded people who are simply trying to make a living? It's like telling a business they can't advertise in the newspapers. The internet is what it is. There are hundreds of programs availabe to restrict unwanted e-mail. I suggest as Mark Twain once said, Enroll in the College of Commen Sense.
