I propose that the following practices be designated "aggravated practices": Subject line obfuscation by the inclusion of multiple special (non-text) characters, multiple extraneous words, or multiple misspellings to elude detection by Bayesian or similar statistical analysis. Inclusion in a commercial email of any claim or representation that the email "meets the requirements of the CAN-SPAM act" when it flagrantly fails to do so.
