I still get tons of spam, so obviously this act is ineffective and should be scrapped and rewritten to actually protect the consumer, rather than spammers and advertizers. Please help the individual reclaim their inboxes and make email a viable communications medium, like it was a few years ago, before the onslought of porn spam and viagra offers.
