Whatever decision will be taken about sending others eāmails it should be pragmatic and made by people who have insight in needs of online going ons. There is already anti spam code so why do we need tighter rules that amount to last resort. One only needs to delete a message s/he doesn't want. Furthermore, an e-mail from anybody is like answering a knock at the door so since when is knocking someone's door a crime or something that should follow certain rules?
