7704(c)(1) The 10-day provision has always been much more generous than necessary. Sending spam is an automated process, so removals can be handled the same way. There's no reason it should take more than 10 seconds. There should also be an easy way for a domain owner to request the removal of all addresses in his domain without having to submit hundreds or even thousands of individual requests.
