Comments:Changing the rule to process the opt-out requests to within three days simply is impossible for my staff to complete. I have part-time staff who do not work every day. They often will work full days, only 2 days a week. Therefore, a request could come in and they would be unaware of it within those three days. That also means that nothing else might get done. Please keep the time frame to within two business weeks (i.e., 14 days). That gives time for part-time staff in very small organizations time to get in, review requests and process them amongst all the other responsibilities they have in already overworked situations.
