I strongly urge the use of care labels with symbols and English. As a dry cleaners, we don't always know what material is in the under layers so it is imperative to have a label as to the recommended method of cleaning. Plus when an item doesn't turn out, it is our protection to show the customer that it was cleaned per the label.
