The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Rule should be modified to include the use of cell phone internet transmissions via a cell phone web browser. The intent of the comment to bring to the attention of the FTC of potential for unregulated abuse of children through cell phone cell phone internet transmission of sexually explicit pictures and text. In addition, cell phone Short Message Service (SMS) or Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS)texting of sexually explicit pictures and text also known as "sexting", should come under FTC regulation by requiring cell companies to comply with Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
