No information pertaining to a child under the age of seventeen, their on-line presence, or web utilization should be captured or used for marketing or tracking purposes by any web site. No parents permission should be necesssary as no such information or data should be captured, saved and/or used. The federal government cyber crimes division should monitor all web site activity made for children and/or pertaining to children's utiliztion of the internet.
