Please do update the COPPA Rule to reflect the fact that personal identifiable information about children is changing constantly. Parent permission must be obtained before any information such as children's screen and user names, children’s IP addresses, geolocation information and any photographs and videos of children is gathered. Please update the rule so that as technology changes the loopholes are fewer rather than more. Be preventative! Please support and protect children and their families rather than the industry. Thank you!
